Ideas Programme Terms

Last updated: April 2026

By submitting an idea, feature request, or suggestion through any Lyro feedback channel, you agree to the terms below. Please read them — they're short and written in plain English.

1. Ownership of Submissions

All ideas, suggestions, and feedback you submit ("Submissions") become the sole property of Lyro upon submission. You assign all rights, title, and interest in your Submissions to Lyro, including any intellectual property rights that may apply. Lyro may use, develop, modify, or commercialise any Submission without further obligation to you, beyond the rewards described below.

2. No Compensation Beyond Stated Rewards

The rewards described in this programme represent the full and final consideration for any Submission. By participating, you waive any right to claim royalties, profit shares, revenue participation, or any other form of ongoing compensation — regardless of how a Submission is used, or the commercial success of any resulting product or feature.

This clause applies in perpetuity. No claim may be made against Lyro at any point in the future on the basis of a prior Submission.

3. Reward Tiers

Feature idea implemented — If we add your suggestion to an existing product, you'll receive a 20% discount code for a future purchase.

New product idea built — If your idea becomes the basis of a whole new product, you'll receive that product free of charge.

Rewards are issued by email to the address provided at submission. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are correct.

4. Rewards Are Discretionary

Lyro reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Submission has been implemented and which reward tier, if any, applies. Rewards are issued as a gesture of goodwill and do not constitute a contractual entitlement. Where multiple people have submitted the same or similar idea, the reward will be issued to the earliest recorded Submission.

5. No Guarantee of Implementation

Submitting an idea does not guarantee it will be built. Lyro makes no commitment to implement any Submission, and ideas may be declined, deferred, or modified at any time.

6. Originality

You confirm that your Submission is your own original idea and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You indemnify Lyro against any claim arising from a Submission that violates a third party's rights.

7. Data & Consent Record

Your name and email address are stored for the sole purpose of administering the Ideas Programme — specifically to contact you if a reward is due and to maintain a timestamped record of your agreement to these terms. This record is held securely and is not shared with third parties. You may request its deletion at any time by contacting us, though we reserve the right to retain records required for legal compliance.

See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

8. Changes to These Terms

Lyro may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication. Submissions made before a change are governed by the terms in place at the time of submission — as recorded in the consent log.
